At KAFADAR & YUVALI Advocacy, Consultancy and Mediation (“Kafadar & Yuvalı”), we prioritize the protection of your personal data and ensure its processing complies with personal data protection legislation. Please read the notice below before submitting the contact form.

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), any information that identifies or can identify you constitutes personal data. As the data controller, Kafadar & Yuvalı collects your personal data, such as your identity (first and last name), contact details (email address and/or phone number), and professional information (company and position), as well as any other information you choose to share regarding the subject of your inquiry, through the contact form you submit to us.

We process your personal data through automated means based on your explicit consent in order to contact you regarding your inquiries submitted to Kafadar & Yuvalı. We do not transfer your personal data to any third parties, either within Türkiye or abroad.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, we would like to inform you that you have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

To request information if your personal data has been processed,
